Ketamine is a safe and powerful catalyst that dissolves the barriers and defense mechanisms that we build over the years of pain and suffering. What may take years of therapy alone for a breakthrough to occur can be achieved in 3-4 weeks with Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). In essence, KAP allows access to our subconscious where our intolerable memories and unpleasant emotions reside. However, it is also within our subconscious where the answers are located that can free us from our current state of anxiety, depression, angst, fear and addictions.

Each KAP session is two-hours in length that includes a one-hour ketamine journey followed by a half-hour or so of processing the experience. Your therapist will be present throughout the session to guide and support you.

Additionally, after each KAP session, there will be integration work with your therapist on a weekly basis to talk about what emotions arose, what those meant for you, what you saw, and how you felt after the experience. Through this, you will come to a personal discovery of your previous ineffable state that will free you from your former negative thoughts in trade for more self-compassion, understanding and empathy.

KAP helps those with the following: Existential Crisis, Treatment-Resistant Depression, Dysthymic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety, Addictions, Eating Disorders, and End-of-Life Fear.

However, not everyone can undergo KAP. There are some medical and psychiatric conditions that do not qualify.
